Chef Max Mariola performs a Cooking Show to inaugurate his Bistrot.
November 25th, 2017 at the Market & Food Consortium, Chef Max Mariola showed all his skill during a cooking show to launch his new restaurant Bistrot located in the structure.
Chef Max Mariola loves the equipment by Moduline and Romans are lucky to be able to enjoy the result of his creativity combined with our outstanding products.
In the days preceding the launch our beloved Chef Paolo Levada has spent few days with him to test the equipment and instruct the staff in the use all the functions available.
We anticipate Bistrot will offer great and healthy food and we envy the people living nearby who can enjoy this experience every day
