The Master Chef Massimiliano Albanese, specialized in pastry, will come and teach us! With the help of our Chef Paolo Levada and that of his son, he will delight us with one of his creations: Max Gourmet.
Max Gourmet is a dreamlike pastry composed by a mascarpone and coffee mousse, milk and coffee chocolate over an almond and cocoa biscuit. It's the quintessence of art and pastry combined together.
