InPasto is a new initiative which combines the advanced equipment by Moduline with the quality of the bio flours from Molino Rachello, all rounded up by the uniquely sophisticated bouquet of the wines produced by Sandro De Bruno. We are reinventing the meaning of "gourmet" when used in conjunction with baked products, all thanks to creativity and taste.
We have conceived this event to share with you the creativity of our chefs and what they are able to obtain when raw products of the greatest quality are prepared using the innovative technologies brought to you by our ovens.
Combi, Cook&Hold and Pressure ranges will be central to this experience.
