Fast and versatile, in the Moduline tradition, FlexyGrill represents a truly innovative product, the only one able to adapt to every finishing and rapid cooking requirement thanks to its 'double-sided' heating (from above and below): a unprecedented feature in the rapid salamander market. In this sense, FlexyGrill more than a salamander is a true chameleon, able to be an open oven, a hob and a grill at the same time.

FlexyGrill reinvents the role of the salamander in the kitchen. This cooking tool was conceived thanks to feed-back from top professionals in the industry, which enabled us to introduce a real revolution in professional kitchens.

Despite the high level of results that can be achieved with FlexyGrill in the different functions and uses to which it is suited, FlexyGrill is very easy to set-up. Once the cooking time has been set, FlexyGrill allows it to be started either with the classic Start/Stop button or with the automatic activation bar, by simply pressing the food container onto the bar. 

Thanks to the possibility - following the temperature scale engraved on the column (Patent Pending) - of arranging the heated top at different heights, the FlexyGrill not only allows to gratinate and browning, but also to grilling and deep cooking food. In addition, by leaving the upper cooking surface raised all the way up, the FlexyGrill transforms into a hot holding equipment so that dishes are always served at the perfect temperature. FlexyGrill also allows you to combine the cooking and holding functions, avoiding the risk of food getting cold. 

The lower cooking surface with 4 temperature levels is at the heart of the revolution introduced by the FlexyGrill. The versatility of this glass-ceramic hob, in fact, complements the action of the upper heating thanks to an additional 2.5 Kw of power, which act as a power "booster" for all those cooking processes that need heat from both sides, upper and lower. The combination of the two types of heating makes the FlexyGrill an open 3-sided oven. 

The upper heating elements are independent. In fact, it is possible to operate only the central heating element to concentrate heat on a small area, or the two side heating elements, with intermittence of the central one, to have an even heat distribution. The FlexyGrill is designed according to current professional standards: its compatibility with GN1/1 pans makes it a transversal tool for kitchen workflow, thanks to its ability to switch easily from one dish to another and from one piece of equipment to another.

  • The service flexibility of the FlexyGrill is unique: always ready at the right time, the upper heating zone reaches maximum temperature in just 7 seconds. Thanks to its independent upper heating elements and lower glass-ceramic hob you can achieve perfect heat control which allows you to cook, finish and maintain dishes in the best way.
  • The bottom cooking hob is made of glass-ceramic. The heating power is adjustable in 4 levels: level 1 is for simmering, melting or warm holding; levels from 2 to 4, are for cooking, braising and roasting.
  • The control panel is simple and intuitive, consisting of a few buttons and an automatic activation bar. It is designed to speed up the chef's work. The automatic start is activated by pressing any container suitable for high temperatures and allows an immediate restart from the last set time. The same procedure can also be used for the holding function.
  • On the upper cooking surface, the heating elements can be activated in different combinations to obtain different irradiation zones according to the recipe requirements. In addition, the height adjustment of the top surface allows the heat source to get closer to the food, according to the operator's needs. 
  • On the column of the upper heating surface, the reference temperatures for the chef are engraved, so that he can choose the most suitable one for the dish to be cooked. The height-adjustable top can be positioned exactly in line with the reference temperature, which corresponds to the temperature on the food surface (Patent Pending).

The Switch-on of the top surface only, with 1 or 3 heating elements, allows grating, grilling and cooking from the top only. The duration of the cycle can be programmed from 1 to a maximum of 20 minutes. The cooking cycle can be started either by pressing the Start button or automatically by pressing the container against the bar (useful for repetitive cooking). Removing the tray from the cooking surface, the cycle stops automatically, leaving the last set time in memory.

The switch-on of both cooking surfaces, top and bottom, is ideal for all double-sided cooking, either directly on the plates or grills (accessories), or in the frying pan. The salamander turns into an open 3-sided oven. The power of the bottom hob can be adjusted over the entire surface in 4 levels: 1 is the lowest and 4 is the highest. The cooking timer only controls the upper heating elements which, due to their very high efficiency, may not remain on for the entire cooking time. The lower level is not timed and remains on for a maximum of 60 minutes to avoid overheating and excessive electricity consumption.

Designed by chefs for chefs, the FlexyGrill trolley has everything you need: two retractable shelves that cen be raised and lowered according to the needs of the moment; a drawer to hold all the necessary accessories and utensils; and wide storage space underneath to hold the different plates and pans that go with the FlexyGrill. FlexyGrill is a piece of equipment designed for maximum portability. In fact, the catering world is not only represented by restaurants and the specific needs of catering, banqueting and all those situations that require the preparation and finishing of dishes in the dining room must also be considered.

The non-stick cast aluminium smooth baking tray GN 1/1

This tray is FlexyGrill's perfect ally for all preparations of snacks and sandwiches and for all griddle cooking in general. Thanks to its smooth surface - derived from a completely pore-free aluminium mould and perfect heat conductivity - cooking is uniform and food does not stick to the pan. For an ideal result, we recommend pre-heating the pan, placing it on the ceramic glass top at maximum power and lowering the top for a few minutes with 3 heating elements on.

The non-stick cast aluminium diamond-patterned rimmed baking tray GN 1/1

As with the smooth pan, this accessory allows you to make the most of the FlexyGrill's capabilities. The diamond pattern of the non-stick aluminium surface is perfect for grilling meat, fish and vegetables and produces the 'marking' effect that is typical of charcoal and electric grills. The excellent conductivity of heat allows all foods to be cooked evenly, which is not always easy and not always safe with barbecuing. For an ideal result we recommend preheating the pan, placing it on the ceramic glass top at maximum power and lowering the top for a few minutes with 3 heating elements on.

The 55 mm high non-stick cast aluminium brattpan GN 1/1

The FlexyGrill excels in quick cooking but, with this accessory, it can also be transformed into a small mobile cooker and make stews, braises, sauces and even risottos, thanks to its even heat distribution and its completely non-stick surface (including edges). The 11 mould baking tray made of non-stick cast aluminium GN 1/1

Thanks to the extraordinary speed of the Flexygrill, this pan allows you to prepare 11 small appetisers, be they fried eggs, vegetable quiches, crepes or vegetables au gratin, in just a few minutes. The non-stick surface with no melting pores allows food to be quickly removed.
